Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Branova Inventory (the "Service").

1. Free plan & trial

Our Starter plan is free forever and requires no payment. Paid plans may include a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed.

2. Subscription billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or by emailing us.
• On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew.
• After the period ends, your account moves to the free Starter plan (subject to its limits) unless you delete it.

4. Refunds

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
• We will issue a refund where there has been a duplicate charge, a billing error on our part, or a failure of the Service that we are unable to resolve.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge by emailing hello@branova.in with your account and invoice details.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Applicable GST is handled per tax regulations.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
