Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Branova Inventory (the "Service"), operated by Branova ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Branova Inventory is a cloud-based inventory, stock and warehouse management platform. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for your team members' use.
• You must be authorised to bind the business you register on behalf of.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading unlawful or infringing content, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclusive of applicable GST, which is added to your invoice.
• You authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for each billing cycle.
• Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise. See our Refund & Cancellation policy.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you store.

6. Availability & warranties

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss or reliance on the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered place of business.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
